SPC Upward Bound Parent Council
The SPC Upward Bound Program is very fortunate to have a parent council who is not only supportive to their children, but also very involved in meeting and planning fund raisers for scholarships. Each year, since 2009, the SPC-UB Parent Council has been able to provide scholarships to those students that complete the Bridge Program, and enrol in college the Fall semester immediately following graduation. The following is a breakdown of funds donated each year by graduating class.
